How:
Fill in the form below with a brief outline of your current situation, I will read it and send you the bank account details and a questionnaire to fill out.
Once I have confirmed payment I will contact you to schedule an initial phone call to discuss goals etc.
I will write a plan and send it to you for approval/alterations
Follow up for length of time selected by your choice of follow up (phone, text, email).
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the assessment schedule date will only be refunded 50% of the fee.
Cancellations prior to 48 hours 10% admin fee due to electronic payment fees, processing time, digital marketing fees and consultant time.
